DIRECTIONS

For omega-3 supplementation:
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

For mild arthritis symptoms:

Children (6–12 years):
Take 1 capsule daily. Pierce the capsule and squeeze contents into milk, juice, or cereal, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
