DIRECTIONS

1-3 teaspoons daily mixed with warm water, in a tea, on a spoon or as a spread. As a natural sweetener: Use 1-2 teaspoons in hot drinks such as tea, herbal tea to add natural sweetness, or add desired amount to smoothies and blend well with other ingredients.
